Located along Pasadena’s vibrant Lake Avenue, this seven-story, 95,000-square-foot mixed-use development introduces 75 thoughtfully designed residential units above active ground-floor retail. Scale and proportion are utilized to create a rhythm and pattern of the facade with protruding balconies and large openings, taking advantage of unobstructed views of the city & San Gabriel Mountains. The elegant rigidity created from the clean vertical and horizontal lines of the metal paneling contrast with the warm wood paneling & unique stone base. The ground floor has expansive, inviting storefronts and solid stone columns that promote a sense of permanence. This project intends to bridge North Lake Ave. with the already active and walkable S. Lake Ave.
